Job Duties: (Included but not limited to)
? Scheduling- (Daily) ?
-Matching caregiver availability with client need for long term care ?
-Filling open care visits in the
-Adding unavailability/availability ?
-Uploading VA and DHS authorizations ?
-Answering phones second in rotation unless stated otherwise by management ?
-Scheduling long term schedules for clients and caregivers ?
-Add appropriate notes to visits- (As needed) ?
-Add appropriate tags to notes on visits- (As needed) ?
-Add appropriate tasks about anything others should know- changes, i
-End of day shift report to On-Call (Daily) ?
-Make sure all Caregiver rates on visits are set at “custom rate” when scheduling
? Notify Care Advocates when authorizations are ending (As Needed)
? Add all visits from “in office meeting” to the “in office training record” excel sheet
? Delete visits from “in office meeting” once they are added to “in office training record” excel sheet (Next day)
? Scheduling meeting every week with Management (Once a week)
? New Caregiver calls to clients (Once a week) ? Make a note on Visit
? Service Plan Calls/texts to caregivers (As Needed) ? Make a note on Visit
? Intake Calls for prospects (As Needed)
? Processing request for time off (As Needed)
? Processing requests for PTO and sending them to billing (As Needed)
? Monitoring Dialpad texts during the day- (Daily)
? Monitoring
? Monitoring WellSky dashboard for missed clock ins and outs throughout the day (Daily)
? Monitoring WellSky dashboard for comments left by caregivers that need to be addressed throughout the day- make a task to Care Advocate (Daily)
? Working closely with Care Advocates with current clients and their care (As Needed)
? On-Call on weekend rotation- (As needed)
? Training new employees for this position- (As needed)
? Anything else asked by management (As needed)
