Marketing Automation

We are looking for a Marketing Automation virtual assistant, with 5 years experience, to setup Go High Level CRM for Marketing Automation.

Salary: Marketing Funnel Step-up: PHP $20,000 / contract.

o PHP$20,000 / contract preparing Sales & Marketing Funnels, getting the system ready, testing, preparing the scripts, preparing the sequence, etc.


Setting Up the System: Lead Generation System**
1) Create & prepare Road Map of Lead Generation System, in Go High Level (GHL) CRM.
• New Lead – Unqualified
• Contacted – Discovery Call Set
• Qualified Landowner – Needs Assessment
• Feasibility Study / Concept Proposal Sent
• Pre-Construction Services Proposal
• Negotiation / Value Engineering
• Contract Sent
• Won – CM Agreement Signed
• Lost – Not Moving Forward / Not Now

2) After review & approval of the Road Map, create all the pieces of the Road Map (online forms, sales landing page, marketing material, etc).
3) Create an auto-reply for each lead received, so they get immediate confirmation of their inquiry.
4) Review what I have, and create all the scripts, ads, marketing material, using Alex Harmozi’s books:
a. $100M Offer, by Alex Hormozi
b. $100M Leads, by Alex Hormozi
c. $100M Money Models, by Alex Hormozi
5) Test the funnel & CRM, and all it’s integrations.
6) Create 20 creative ads, for posting, to get organic content on online platforms (Website, Facebook, IG, YT, Reddit, TT, etc.)
7) Posts some organic content for the funnel.
