Operations Manager

We are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented Operations Manager to join our fast-growing brand.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, systems, and improving processes. You will be responsible for executing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across our business, supporting growth and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Role Overview

You will start with a 1-month paid trial period, focused purely on social media growth. To begin with, this will be 1 hour per day Mon-Sun. If successful, the role will expand from 1st January into a broader Operations Manager position, as a part time role with responsibilities including:

Logistics coordination
Order management
Customer service
Process execution
Internal systems management

This is a long-term role for someone who wants to grow with a company. Trial Period Responsibilities (First 30 Days). Your main focus will berunning Instagram growth campaigns


Follow / unfollow strategies
Engagement with relevant accounts
Reporting weekly growth metrics
Following detailed SOPs exactly

Your ongoing Responsibilities (From January) shoudl the role be a good fit, will expand to include

Managing Clickup process
Process customer orders
Handle customer service emails
Track shipments and delivery issues
Update SOPs and workflows
Support product launches and internal projects
Organise data and business systems
