Video Creator for German IT Security Channel (Faceless / Corporate Style) – Long Term

I am looking for a reliable Video Creator (optional: and Thumbnail Creator) for my IT Consulting company, Kojundo. We focus on IT Security, Stability, and Efficiency.

This is NOT a vlog or gaming channel. This is a professional B2B channel. I need clean, data-driven edits with motion graphics, stock footage, and screencasts.

The Workflow:

I provide: The Idea, Script, and the German Voiceover audio file.

You provide: The final edited video (Visuals, B-Roll, Motion Graphics) (optional: and the Thumbnail).

Your Responsibilities:

Faceless Video Editing: You must be able to visualize abstract IT concepts using Stock Footage and Motion Graphics.

Audio Sync: You will be editing to a German Voiceover. You must be skilled at editing by waveform or using translation tools to ensure the visuals match what I am saying (even if you don't speak German).

(Optional)Thumbnails: High-CTR thumbnails created in Adobe Photoshop (No Canva templates).

Premium Tools Provided:

MotionArray Access: You will get full access to my MotionArray Subscription. This gives you unlimited high-quality Stock Footage, Music, and Templates to make your editing workflow faster and more professional. You are expected to use these high-end assets.

Requirements:

Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.

(Optional)High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.

Reliable internet for uploading 4K video files.

Available for a quick video call once a week to improve communication.

Available to work 2 hours per day initially (Long-term potential).

Compensation & Benefits:

13th Month Pay: Yes, we pay the 13th-month bonus (pro-rated) in December.

Stability: This is a long-term position. I am looking for someone to grow with the company.
