Amazon Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Amazon Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across our Amazon seller accounts. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of Seller Central, FBA/FBM workflows, and listing optimization. You will manage inventory, coordinate shipments, analyze performance metrics, and ensure compliance to maximize sales and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Amazon FBA/FBM operations including replenishment, shipping plans, and order processing

Monitor account health, listings, pricing, and buy box performance

Conduct competitor analysis and optimize listings using keyword tools

Coordinate with warehouses, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth logistics

Track product performance, identify growth opportunities, and reduce operational issues

Qualifications:

2+ years experience managing Amazon operations

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency with Seller Central and Amazon policies

Experience with PPC tools and spreadsheets is a plus
