Design static ads for beauty ecom brand (Must have experience)

We are a fast-growing skin care brand dedicated to creating high-quality products that help women feel confident. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a full-time Graphic Designer to join our team and help with the creation of high converting static ads for Meta.


The Role

You’ll be the creative force behind high-converting static ads that power our growth. Your visuals will stop the scroll, spark curiosity, build desire, and drive clicks across all major social media platforms. Every ad you create will have a direct and measurable impact on our revenue. In this role you understand that great static ads aren’t just about looking good — they’re about grabbing attention, earning the click, and driving the purchase.

What You'll Be Doing

Design high converting static ads; Stops the scroll, builds purchase intent and get the click
Ensure high volume (40 concepts, each with 3 variants per week) while maintaining high quality
Follow up the performance of the ads and learn based on insight


Requirements

Experience in making image ads for ecommerce brands (Portfolio required)
Minimum 3 years experience with graphic design for ecommerce brands
Proficiency with editing software (Canva, Figma or similar)
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Plus if you have experience with realistic AI image creation – if not we will teach you.

Logistics

Fixed salary: $500/month - 8 hours per day, Monday-Friday
