Virtual Assistant - Revenue Cycle & Treatment Coordination (Pediatric/Orthodontic Dental Office)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our pediatric and orthodontic dental start-up in Plano, TX (75093). This is a remote position supporting our growing practice with critical administrative and patient coordination functions.

Your Role:
Revenue Cycle (60% of time):
-Insurance verification and pre-authorization
-Optimize insurance coding prior to appointments
-Claims submission, tracking, and denial resolution
-Payment posting and AR management

Patient Coordination (30% of time):
-Process intake from AI front desk system
-Explain insurance coverage, out-of-pocket costs, and payment options
-Guide patients from treatment plan to contract signing
-Answer common questions and schedule appointments

Practice Growth (10% of time):
-Help establish and maintain referral relationships with local organizations
-Request and respond to Google reviews
-Track referral sources and maintain referral database

Required Qualifications:
-Previous experience in dental insurance processes/verification
-Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
-Proficient in dental practice management software (preferably Open Dental)
-Ability to work independently during US Central Time hours (including Saturdays)
