YouTube & Short-Form Video Editor (YT + TikTok)

About the Role

I am a keynote speaker and leadership development expert looking for a creative video editor to manage and grow my YouTube and TikTok channels. You will work with keynote clips, podcast clips, and short-form motivational content.

Responsibilities

• Edit 30 short-form videos per month (TikTok/Reels/Shorts)
• Edit 1 long-form YouTube video per week (8–12 minutes)
• Create thumbnails for YouTube
• Add captions, titles, transitions, and branded elements
• Repurpose keynote clips into motivational shorts
• Manage YouTube metadata (titles, tags, descriptions)
• Organize and label content in Dropbox/Google Drive
-Provide analytics reports


Requirements

• Experience editing motivational or speaking content
• Strong attention to audio and pacing
• Knowledge of YouTube best practices
• Experience with CapCut, Premiere, or Final Cut
• Ability to turn around content quickly

KPIs

• 1 long-form weekly upload
• 30 short-form uploads monthly
• 10% watch hour growth monthly
• Clean, branded, high-quality edits
