Graphic Designer for 2026 Spiritual / Planner Calendar

**About Us – Synced Souls**
Synced Souls is a collaboration between two women in the spiritual + business space.

Our intention is to bring more awareness and understanding to the natural rhythms of the world – reminding people that we’re an extension of nature, not separate from it.

We’ve created a unique 2026 calendar that blends:
* Cosmic & energetic awareness
* Practical, everyday use
* Simple, streamlined design without losing depth

We had in mind women like us: business owners, entrepreneurs, multi-passionate women who want something insightful, grounded and easy to use – not vague, confusing or “too fluffy.”

Now we’re looking for a detail-obsessed designer to bring this calendar fully to life.

???? The Project – 2026 Synced Souls Calendar

We’re creating an intricate, information-heavy 2026 calendar that includes:
* All 12 months of 2026
* Colour-coded symbols that represent different energies / themes
* A legend/key so people understand the system quickly
* A layout that is: Clear, Easy to read, Beautiful on a wall, Actually usable in daily life

This is not a basic poster. It’s a functional, energetic, structured calendar that requires:
* Strong layout skills
* Love for grids, alignment, consistency
* High-level attention to detail

???? Who We’re Looking For

You’re a good fit if you:
* Have experience with: Calendars, planners, charts, infographics, dashboards OR any highly structured layouts
* Love: Systems, order, precision and data/visual structure
* Have excellent attention to detail
* You notice spacing, alignment, colour consistency, small errors
* Can follow a symbol + colour code system without losing track
* Can mix:
* Clean, modern design
* With a soft, soulful, slightly “cosmic” aesthetic
* Communicate clearly in English
* Can meet deadlines without being chased
* Someone who can start immediately, as this is time sensitive

If you’re both creative and analytical, you’ll probably enjoy this project.

???? Tools & Setup

We’re open, but preferably you use:
* Adobe Illustrator/InDesign
* File sharing via Google Drive / Dropbox

You’ll need to provide:
* Source files
* Print-ready PDFs
* Any exports needed for digital use (to be discussed)

We will provide:
* Concept overview
* Brand feel (colours, style direction, examples)
* The meanings of each symbol and colour
* Draft ideas for layout flow

???? First Paid Test (Before Full Calendar)

Before we commit to the full calendar, we’ll start with a paid test project, such as:
* Designing a logo
* Designing the legend/key that explains everything

If we’re both happy with the result and communication, we move into the full 12-month calendar.
This can then lead to ongoing design work for future Synced Souls products.

* Work Setup: Home-based, project-based to start
* Timezone: Flexible, but must be able to respond within 12 hours on weekdays
* Rate Please include your:

* Price for the test project (logo + legend)
* Estimated price or rate for the full 2026 calendar
