Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical Amazon FBA Product Sourcing Specialist to research, identify, and secure profitable inventory for resale on Amazon. This role focuses on online arbitrage, evaluating retail websites, marketplaces, brands, and distributors to find items that meet our buying criteria and contribute to consistent revenue growth.

You will play a key role in expanding our product catalog and ensuring a reliable flow of profitable items.

Key Responsibilities
Product Research & Sourcing

Search online retail stores, clearance sections, flash-sale sites, and brand websites for profitable arbitrage opportunities.

Analyze product data including buy cost, Amazon sales rank, competition, estimated profits, and ROI.

Use sourcing tools (Keepa, SellerAmp SAS) to evaluate deal quality.

Identify replenishable inventory with consistent sales velocity.

Log all product leads and sourcing notes into internal spreadsheets daily.

Data Analysis

Interpret Keepa charts for price history, volatility, and competition trends.

Calculate true profit after Amazon fees, shipping, prep, and storage.

Determine break-even points and target buy prices.

Verify UPC/SKU variations for accurate listing matching.

Quality Control

Avoid restricted, IP-risk, hazmat, or brand-blocked listings.

Confirm product authenticity, item condition, and seller restrictions.

Ensure products are not Amazon-dominated or historically unstable.

Communication & Reporting

Submit daily/weekly sourcing reports with complete product leads.

Work with the purchasing team to approve items for ordering.

Alert the team quickly when high-value deals are discovered.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience with Amazon FBA or online arbitrage preferred (but not required).

Ability to analyze profit, ROI, and historical pricing data.

Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel.

Ability to work independently and meet sourcing quotas.

Reliable internet connection.
