General VA – Social media Marketing & Operations Coordinator (E?commerce / Beauty Products)
Salary: USD $320–$500/month (20–30hrs/week)

Hours: Part-time, Mon–Fri, long-term (some overlap with Australia time)
Role
We run an online beauty brand and need a reliable, organised General VA to handle daily operations so I can focus on strategy. This is a long term role with stable pay and clear tasks.
Key Tasks
UGC / Influencers

Manage UGC & Influencer collaborations (invites, follow ups, tracking status, simple weekly summary).

Email / CRM:

Check post purchase flows (Amazon), help set up Mailchimp campaigns, triage inboxes and reply using templates.

Asana:
Create/update tasks for VAs, assign owners/due dates, keep boards organised, send weekly “done / in progress / blocked” summary.

Website / Social / YouTube:
Weekly basic website checks (home, product pages, cart/checkout).
Help update promo banners and sale prices.
Upload and schedule YouTube videos (titles, descriptions, thumbnails provided).
Help schedule Facebook/Instagram posts using provided content and captions, following the content calendar.

Amazon / Helium10:
Check reviews daily and respond to bad reviews (templates), monitor inventory and inbound shipments, check listings, use Helium10 to track keyword rankings and competitors, and record key data.
Training and SOPs will be provided.

Requirements

VA experience (Amazon/ecommerce/marketing a plus)
Strong written English, very organised, detail?oriented

Comfortable with:
Asana (or similar PM tool)
Mailchimp (or similar)
Basic website backends (Shopify/WooCommerce or similar)
Social schedulers (Meta Business Suite, FB / Instagram etc.)
Basic Photoshop knowledge
Confident using Canva for simple graphics/edits
Amazon Seller Central / Helium10 experience is a plus (or fast learner)
Can follow SOPs and also suggest improvements
Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT)

Reliable internet, Mon–Fri availability

Hours & Pay
20–30 hrs/week, Mon–Fri
USD $320–$500/month (depending on experience and hours)
Long?term, with pay review after 3 month trial
