Marketing & Creative Virtual Assistant (Part-Time | Remote | EST Coverage)

We’re a top-rated fitness studio based in the U.S. and we’re hiring a rockstar VA to join our growing team! ????????

We’re looking for someone who can:
???? Run Facebook/Meta ads (lead generation + retargeting)
???? Create eye-catching graphics via Canva
???? Edit sleek video ads from raw gym footage (we provide the b-roll)
???? Build and maintain simple funnels (GoHighLevel experience is a big plus)
???? Write email/SMS follow-ups to warm leads
???? Help track and improve campaign performance

???? You’ll also assist with occasional client replies and support — especially if another VA is offline — so strong communication skills are key.

???? Hourly pay + commission available based on performance (lead conversion, ad success, etc.)
???? Working Hours: Must be available to work U.S. hours (M-F 5am-10am, 4pm-7pm, EST) — morning and/or evening shifts.
