Outreach & Marketing VA for Leadership Speaker (Lead Generation + Follow-Up + LinkedIn Engagement)

About the Role

I am a keynote speaker, author, and leadership strategist seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Outreach VA to help with lead generation, follow-ups, CRM updates, LinkedIn engagement, and email outreach to event planners.

This is the MOST important role in my business and will directly support booking paid speaking engagements.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for consistent weekly outreach, follow-up, and engagement. Tasks include:

• Researching associations, corporations, colleges, and nonprofits
• Adding new leads to CRM
• Sending outreach emails to event planners using templates
• Executing 4–5 step follow-up sequences
• Engaging with event planners on LinkedIn (liking, commenting, replying)
• Managing leads + follow-ups
• Tracking all outreach activity in spreadsheets/CRM
• Pulling targeted lists (conferences, HR leaders, meeting planners)
• Updating my marketing and lead tracker weekly

Requirements

• Excellent English writing skills
• Experience with lead generation or outreach
• Strong attention to detail
• Consistent communication
• Stable internet
• Able to follow detailed instructions
• Highly organized and reliable

KPIs

• 35–50 new outreach contacts per week
• 20–30 follow-ups per week
• Daily LinkedIn engagement
• 1–2 speaking consultations booked per week
• Weekly CRM and spreadsheet updates
