Outbound Sales Specialist (Cold Outreach) – Full Time | Remote | Long-Term

We’re Rodmen4x4 a fast-growing automotive accessories brand focused on premium roll bars and truck upgrades. We sell in the US market and we’re expanding fast.

We’re now looking for a proactive, sharp, English-fluent Outbound Sales Specialist to join our team.

This role is NOT for order takers.
This is for someone who loves conversation, enjoys the chase, and knows how to turn cold leads into warm opportunities.

Reach out to truck owners, dealers, accessory shops, and related businesses via:

- Instagram DMs
- Facebook Messenger
- Email
- Other prospecting platforms

Start conversations in a non-salesy, natural way (we’ll train you on our scripts + style).
- Qualify leads and understand their needs.
- Pitch products only when the ---------- nt is right.
- Follow up consistently.
- Track prospects in our CRM (simple, easy processes).
- Report your daily numbers (messages sent, replies, leads, follow-ups).
- Commission-based salary.

After 30-day test period we introduce bonus system for your earnings to be uncapped.
