For a Performance Marketing Agency | DTC eCommerce Brands
We are a performance marketing agency working with fast-growing DTC eCommerce brands. We specialize in results-driven creative strategy and rapid ad testing across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
We’re looking for a Creative Strategist with strong agency or multi-brand experience who can lead creative ideation, analyze ad performance, and guide our creative team to produce high-converting assets.
Part-time (10–20 hrs/week), long-term, remote. Must have 1–2 hrs overlap with Vietnam Time (GMT+7).
Responsibilities
Develop hooks, angles, and concepts for paid ads (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
Create clear creative briefs for editors, designers, and UGC creators
Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, hook rate, hold rate, etc.)
Identify winning creative frameworks & competitor trends
Give feedback on drafts to improve ad performance
Support UGC creators with scripts and storytelling
Build swipe files and repeatable creative templates
Work closely with media buyers and account strategists
Nice to Have:
UGC creator experience, direct-response copywriting, familiarity with Motion/Triple Whale/Ad Libraries, landing page/CRO knowledge.
