ABOUT THE POSITION
We’re hiring a world-class Social Media Video Editor to grow MySwimPro’s brand, expand our global community, and create high-performing content across all platforms. This role blends creativity, video editing, and communication. You will be responsible for producing content that stops the scroll, is educational, entertaining, and aligned with the MySwimPro voice.

You must think like a digital creator: fast, sharp, proactive, and obsessed with improvement.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

- Create content for Youtube shorts, Facebook, Instagram, TikToks, X, and Threads.
- Develop strong hooks, text overlays, animations and storytelling angles.
- Create specific Call To Action posts and automations to generate leads.
- Track data to propose improvements with the CEO and marketing team.
- Commit to at least 3-5 hours of work per day, 6 days per week.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- 3+ years editing engaging social media content (not just managing accounts).
- Strong video editing skills and creative taste. You know what good content looks like.
- Outstanding copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills (in English).
- A growth mindset and proficiency in using AI tools to 10x workflow.

BONUS POINTS IF:
- You’re a swimmer, triathlete, or fitness enthusiast.
- You’ve worked with sports, luxury lifestyle, or large personal brands.
- You’ve built funnels, managed influencer marketing, and run paid ads.

COMPENSATION:
- $1,000-1,500 USD/month base pay.
- Up to $500 USD/month performance bonus compensation.
- A top performer will have the opportunity to grow into full-time with increased comp.
