Airtable master, sops, kpis dashboard maker LONGTERM

Looking for:
A smart, fast, detail-oriented systems builder who can help me streamline and scale my operations.

I run a company that needs someone who deeply understands Airtable, Google Sheets, and SOP creation. You should be able to come in, understand how our business works, and build organized systems that my team can follow easily.

You will be responsible for:

Designing and optimizing Airtable bases for operations, finance, and reporting

Creating Google Sheet dashboards (charts, KPIs, automations, formulas, pivots)

Documenting processes into clean SOPs for the team

Setting up workflows, automations, and quality-control mechanisms

Helping create a scalable, repeatable system my team can rely on daily

You should be great at:

Airtable formulas, linked tables, rollups, automations

Google Sheets advanced functions (QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA, REGEX, IMPORTRANGE)

Turning raw data into structured dashboards

Writing clear SOPs that humans can follow

Understanding messy operations problems and turning them into clean systems

Working independently and proposing better ways to do things

Nice to have:

Experience with Zapier, Make, or n8n

Experience building CRM-style workflows

Experience documenting or optimizing agency operations

Project Scope:

This is not a one-off task. I’m looking for someone who can work with me long-term as we rebuild and scale. If you’re the type of person who gets excited by creating order, structure, and clarity, you’ll fit well.
