Tech Operations & Automation Specialist

We are a performance marketing agency looking for someone who can:
• Experiment with and install new tools
• Build automation workflows (Zapier / Make / Airtable / Notion / ClickUp)
• Create internal systems such as reporting dashboards, trackers, accountability systems
• Take high-level ideas and turn them into working solutions without needing step-by-step instructions

Requirements
• Strong technical aptitude and quick learner
• Experience with automation platforms or no-code tools
• Good problem-solving and documentation skills
• Can work independently based on objectives
• Bonus: basic scripting/coding exposure
• Full-time, remote, preferably aligned to Indian business hours
