Working Hours:
Standard hours: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM Dubai time (2:00 PM – 6:00 PM Philippine time)
As an appointment setter, schedule may vary slightly depending on client appointments across African countries.
Since our target audience is in African countries, you should be ready and comfortable to adjust to African time zones for meetings, which typically start around 4:00 PM Philippine time.
Imperial Citizenship is looking for a a dedicated Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team and help drive the growth of our Citizenship & Residency by Investment and Real Estate opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Appointment Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule and arrange meetings between clients and Client Advisors, securing convenient timing for all parties and managing schedules to avoid conflicts.
- Attendance Management: Proactively confir
- Client Advisor Schedule Management: Optimize Client Advisors' schedules, avoiding overlaps and overseeing smooth transitions before and after meetings. Keep communication clear with Client Advisors about daily appointments and any changes.
- Lead Qualification & Alternative Proposals: Screen and qualify prospects or partners to ensure they meet our target criteria before scheduling meetings with a focus on high-level individuals such as top executives, CEOs and chairmen. If a prospect is not initially interested, the Appointment Setter should have the ability to suggest alternative opportunities such as potential partnerships to reignite interest and prevent losing the opportunity.
- Prospect Communication & Appointment Reminders: Engage with prospective clients/partners via phone,
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of prospects and appointments in the company CRM system.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on our products and services to effectively communicate basic information to clients and ensure they’re connected with the right advisor.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Client Advisors and Sales team to ensure smooth transitions and timely follow-ups after appointments.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in appointment setting, sales support or customer service roles.
- Must handle cross-time-zone scheduling with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Comfortable with technology and using CRM systems to manage and track appointments.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and meet daily/weekly appointment targets.
- Self-starter with the ability to conduct independent research and stay informed about industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities.
