Client Acquisition Manager

Compensation: $1,200–$1,800/month base + commissions
Location: Remote
Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM MST
Reports To: CEO

Role Overview
We are seeking a Client Acquisition Manager to convert warm leads into signed client partnerships. You will work closely with leadership to close B2B clients in high-growth sectors and directly contribute to expanding our recruiting operations.

Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery calls and deliver tailored client proposals
- Negotiate terms and close 3–4 new client contracts per month
- Maintain a 30–40% meeting-to-close ratio
- Collaborate with SDRs to sustain a strong pipeline
- Report weekly KPIs and identify upsell opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers

Qualifications
- 3+ years of closing experience in recruiting, staffing, or B2B services
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with U.S.-based executives
- Proven ability to hit targets in a performance-driven environment
- Strong leadership (Knows how to manage and build a team)
- knows how to create structure and SOP's
