ABOUT ME
I'm Zaid, I'm launching my personal YouTube channel from zero in December 2025. My intention is to drive traffic to our high ticket coaching/info product, so my content will primarily be business, self development, and mindset content.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- YOUTUBE LONG-FORM EDITING (Primary Focus)
Edit 10-30 minute retention-focused videos. Master pacing, visual storytelling, and kinetic text,
- THUMBNAIL DESIGN
Create high-CTR YouTube thumbnails that stop the scroll. Test concepts, analyze performance, refine our visual strategy.
CONTENT STRATEGY SUPPORT
- Analyze video performance and identify patterns
- Suggest content ideas based on what's working
- Help optimize titles, hooks, and packaging
- Identify potential clips for shorts

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience editing YouTube-style videos (knowing how to keep pacing and flow engaging)
- Fast learner who adapts quickly
- A strong eye for design and typography (layout, color, spacing, and text motion)
- Good grasp of color grading and sound balancing
- Proactive communication, don't wait to be told what to do
- Organized, detail-oriented workflow
- Strong English (written and spoken)
- Eager to implement AI tools
- Ability to work independently and make smart creative calls

BONUS POINTS (These aren't required but would be extremely valuable):
- Understanding of business/entrepreneurial content
- Thumbnail design experience
- Content ideation and format experimentation
- Scripting, storytelling, and copywriting
- Systems thinking and process documentation
- Building AI-powered workflows and automation

Compensation & Growth
Base Pay: $500-1,000 USD/month (based on experience and capacity)
With Performance Bonuses Tied To:
- View milestones and viral hits
- Subscriber growth
- Lead generation metrics
- Content quality and consistency
