CLIENT ADMIN ASSISTANT (UK Accounting Firm – Remote, PH-Based)
?290–?380 per hour
?37,000 – ?49,400 per month (based on 6 hours a day, 5 days a week)
Around 6 hours/day (flexible)
STRICTLY UK HOURS: Approx 2 pm to 8 pm PH Time
Long-term – Stable – Supportive Team

We’re a friendly UK accounting firm looking for a highly organised, detail-focused admin assistant to support our bookkeeping and accounting team. This is an admin-heavy role with light exposure to accounting workflows.

Hours will average 6 per day, sometimes a little more or less depending on workload. You’ll be paid hourly.

Your Day-to-Day
• Onboard new clients in Client Engager, Xero and SharePoint
• Send and update engagement letters
• Chase clients for missing info – Especially tax return info Oct–Jan
• Follow up ID checks via Xama/Chase
• Monitor client email inboxes and organise/sort documents
• Save payroll reports, cash sheets and monthly files into the right folders
• Handle GoCardless failed payments
• Keep client data updated so the bookkeeping and accounting team can work smoothly
• Support billing admin (hours sheets, draft invoices, spreadsheets)

You’re a Great Fit If You Have
• Strong admin background, ideally within a UK based accounting firm
• Excellent English (written and spoken)
• High attention to detail
• Confidence with online systems and spreadsheets
• Experience supporting bookkeeping/accounting teams (big plus)
• Familiarity with Xero (bonus)
• A calm, organised working style
• Happy to work UK hours every day
