As a Growth Coordinator, you’ll help shape living systems of communication, learning, and collaboration. You’ll research and reach out to potential partners, refine messages with emotional intelligence, organize materials for our learning platform, and support client onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
1. Research and outreach: identify aligned collaborators, communities, and partnership opportunities.
2. Write and adapt communications: personalize outreach emails and messages with clarity, warmth, and emotional intelligence.
3. Support client onboarding: assist in organizing and refining materials to create a smooth, confident onboarding experience.
4. Organize and integrate learning materials: structure, label, and upload documents and visual aids into the training platform.
5. Document processes: create, update, and maintain clear SOPs to support scalability.
6. Refine systems: identify gaps or inefficiencies and propose improvements for clarity, flow, and alignment.
7. Translate strategic direction into actionable tasks.
8. Track and report progress: maintain daily written updates and weekly recaps for transparency and reflection.
