We’re Hiring: Telemarketer

EliteInsure, a trusted New Zealand-based company, is expanding our incredible Filipino remote team—proudly working together since 2016. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Telemarketer with expertise in Lead Management, Appointment Setting, and Client Retention to join us in delivering world-class service.

Your Responsibilities:
Lead Verification & Assignment – Review and verify leads from marketing channels, ensuring accuracy and compliance before assignment.
Appointment Management – Schedule and confirm annual review appointments with clients, and handle rescheduling promptly and professionally.
Client Retention – Conduct retention calls with existing clients to strengthen relationships and support long-term satisfaction.
Admin & Reporting Support – Maintain accurate records, prepare weekly activity summaries, and update internal reporting systems.

Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience in data/lead mining and appointment setting
Strong English communication skills (both written & spoken)
Tech-savvy with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team

Role Details:
Location: Remote (Philippines-based)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM NZ Time
Starting Pay: PHP 25,000 – 30,000 (competitive, with annual performance reviews and opportunities for pay increases)
