As we grow, we’re seeking a proactive, reliable, and tech-savvy Marketing Manager & Virtual Assistant who’s excited to help build a purposeful brand while bringing organization and energy to the backend of our business.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a crucial role in supporting both marketing and day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include:

Social Media Management
Schedule posts, create basic content, engage with followers, and help grow our online community.
Must have certification or education in social media/marketing.


Email and Calendar Management
Organize inbox, manage client communications, draft and schedule email newsletters.

Customer Communication & Support
Follow up with leads, manage bookings, and provide friendly, timely support to our clients.

Digital Marketing Support
Assist in content planning, campaign coordination, and overall digital strategy execution.

CRM & Funnel Management (Nice-to-Have)
Help set up and maintain client pipelines, automations, and optimize sales funnels (platforms like ---------- , HubSpot, ---------- nce, Mindbody, etc.).

Admin Support
Data entry, calendar management, and general admin tasks to keep operations running smoothly.



Ideal Candidate
4+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Marketing Assistant, or similar role

Strong written and verbal English skills

Proficient with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok

Experience using email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.)

Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities independently

Takes initiative — doesn’t wait for micromanagement or detailed direction

Bonus: Familiarity with CRM tools and online funnels

Bonus: Experience in wellness, healing, or conscious business fields
