I want each YouTube channel to run smoothly and efficiently with minimal supervision. These channels are low-budget AI content channels (AI stories, AI images, simple transitions). Your role is to help build and manage the operations — from hiring affordable talent to ensuring consistent content production. Eventually, once I provide the niche, I want the channel to be able to run without me needing to be hands-on.
Responsibilities
1. Build a Small, Affordable Team
I need assistance with finding and hiring:
-Budget-friendly video editors
-Budget-friendly thumbnail designers
-Script editors or voiceover editors (if needed)
-Someone to generate scripts and voiceovers using my preferred AI voice website and prompts
Your tasks:
-Source candidates
-Compare pricing, quality, and turnaround time
-Help me hire the best fits for the budget
-Communicate with contractors and ensure timely delivery
2. Manage Daily & Weekly Workflows
You will help me:
-Assign videos, thumbnails, and tasks to the team
-Track deadlines to make sure everything stays on schedule
-Communicate with tea
-Keep everything organized (content calendars, checklists, shared folders, etc.)
3. Maintain Smooth Channel Operations
Your job is to ensure:
-Each channel posts consistently according to schedule
-Video quality, editing, and thumbnails meet expectations
-Titles, tags, descriptions, and SEO follow YouTube best practices
-Any issues or delays are handled quickly and professionally
4. Long-Term Vision
Eventually, once I provide the niche for a new channel, you should be able to:
-Set up the entire content pipeline
-Build and organize a team for that channel
-Manage content creation and uploads
-Keep the channel running consistently with minimal supervision
The salary will increase as we continue working.
