Senior Construction Estimator - Interior Fit Out. Manila Only

Complete Construction Limited (New Zealand) is hiring a Senior Construction Estimator for retail and commercial fit outs to be based in the Philippines (Manila). Full-time, long-term role.

What you will do (Ongoing mentoring and guidance available):
- Measure quantities from drawings and enter data accurately into Procore
- Upload and mark-up plan electronically
- Responsible to build BOQs and cost plans
- Organise project folders, schedule calls, and keep everything running smoothly
- Obtain supplier and subcontractor pricing from our supplier network
- Communicate daily with the NZ team via Teams
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a growing team of Filipino estimators and admin staff, in line with business needs

Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience in retail, commercial and high end residential estimating and quantity take-offs
- Very good English (daily voice/video calls with NZ team)
- Super organised, very detailed and a high level of accuracy essential
- Experience in cabinetry or millwork estimating is preferred
- Prior experience leading or mentoring junior estimators is an advantage.
