Benchmark Industries LLC is a newly formed US company entering the federal contracting / government supply space. We supply mechanical components such as seals, O-rings, packing, machined parts, and assemblies to military buyers.
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented, reliable, and smart Virtual Assistant who enjoys research, spreadsheets, sourcing, and technical data work.
This is NOT a social media or marketing job.
This is a technical role focused on:
Searching federal websites for RFQs
Analyzing part numbers and NSNs
Building spreadsheets
Researching past awards
Contacting suppliers for quotes
Evaluating opportunities
Helping build our operations system
You will work closely with the company owner, and your work will directly help us win government contracts.
Responsibilities:
Daily:
Search DIBBS / SAM.gov for new opportunities
Add RFQs to our Google Sheets pipeline
Research NSNs for past award history
Identify potential suppliers
Weekly:
Build competitor NSN list
Create weekly summary report
Track supplier responses
Assist with pricing analysis
Monthly:
Add new suppliers to our directory
Track competitor awards
Expand NSN database
Requirements:
Excellent English writing
Strong Google Sheets skills
Experience with research / sourcing / data entry
Can follow detailed SOPs
High reliability and accuracy
Comfortable with repetitive tasks
Strong analytical ability
Stable internet & consistent availability
Bonus (not required):
Experience in procurement, supply chain, or government contracting
Experience researching part numbers (SKUs, NSNs, etc.)
Experience working with manufacturers or suppliers

Work Hours:
Full-time preferred (30–40 hours/week).
Part-time considered for exceptional candidates.
Salary:
?28,000–?45,000 PHP ($475-$765 USD) per month
