This position consists of calling leads, pitching life and health insurance. I expect you to be setting quality live transfers and asking for referrals from potential clients who don't want/need it themselves. I reward hard work and production so there are compensation for different policies depending on what the Annual Premium is. Interview process is needed so bring your A game.
