We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior E-Commerce Stock Management Officer to oversee inventory across multiple international warehouses and 11 Shopify stores. This role requires strong leadership, accuracy, and the ability to manage complex stock operations while collaborating closely with the Customer Service Manager, General Manager & Director of Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and oversee all inventory operations across multiple warehouses and Shopify stores.
- Monitor daily stock levels and prevent overselling, low-stock issues, and listing errors.
- Lead the full stock lifecycle: forecasting, purchase orders, inbound shipments, stock transfers, and reconciliations.
- Work closely with the Customer Service Manager to resolve order issues, warehouse errors, and stock-related customer escalations.
- Collaborate with the General Manager on planning, inventory strategy, product launches, and warehouse performance.
- Manage stock reporting: weekly summaries, demand forecasting, ageing stock, and best-seller analysis.
- Ensure data accuracy across Shopify, warehouse systems, and internal tracking sheets.
- Improve stock processes, documentation, and operational workflows for efficiency.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in e-commerce inventory, operations, supply chain, or similar.
- Strong experience with Shopify inventory, variants, bundles, and multi-store management.
- Excellent communication and teamwork—comfortable working daily with CS, GM, and warehouse teams.
- Advanced spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets / Excel).
- High-level accuracy, reliability, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail.

- Experience with WMS/ERP tools (Cin7, ShipHero, DEAR, etc.).
- Experience coordinating global warehouses.
- Knowledge of importing, logistics, and freight processes.
