JOB OVERVIEW

Assistant must be extremely fluent in English, excellent e-mail and phone skills. Graphic Design skills as well as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom knowledge a must. Duties will include receiving and answering e-mails on owner's behalf, select great photos from a client's full image gallery, either design a wedding album or send images to my current designer in their proper image formats, and order albums based on client's specifications. I would like to be able to forward e-mails to my virtual assistant and have the assistant answer the e-mails and act on them. Additionally, assistant will submit key photos to different American Publications based on the publisher's requirements, so that owner;s work can be promoted and published. Assistant will be in communication with designers, publishers, clients, other American vendors. Must be VERY self motivated, and must suggest things to owner to help improve current workflow and organization.
