Social Media/SEO Wizard Required

Looking for a social media wizard who is also an expert at creating marketing ads/campaigns especially for website/product launches. I have a new eCommerce store that I would like to promote and have a social media manager to post and promote via twitter, youtube, facebook.. and create ads. Only require about 5-6 hours per week.
