Your Mission: Consistent Appointment Generation

As the Cold Caller & Appointment Setter, your key function is to execute high-volume, impactful calls, expertly qualifying prospects, and consistently filling our sales team's calendar with pre-qualified, interested clients.

Your Daily Impact Will Include:
Execute a high volume of frequent outbound calls to our proprietary databases, including both warm and cold leads.

Clearly, accurately, and persuasively articulate the compelling value proposition of switching to solar energy and maximizing financial savings.

Systematically qualify prospects based on established criteria (e.g., roof suitability, financial readiness) to ensure meeting quality.

Expertly and confidently address customer concerns and skillfully handle objections to secure the virtual consultation.

Schedule, confirm, and prepare a detailed, professional handover for our sales team’s high-value virtual appointments.

Maintain precise, real-time records of all call activity, dispositions, and appointment details in our CRM system.

Consistently meet and exceed established daily, weekly, and monthly targets for qualified appointments booked.

What We Need in an Expert Caller:

We are seeking a highly disciplined, goal-oriented specialist who possesses the focus and independence to manage a heavy workflow in a flexible, remote setting.

Essential Qualifications:
1+ year of proven experience in high-volume B2C cold calling or dedicated appointment setting roles.

Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional, energetic, and commanding phone presence.

Demonstrated ability to be resilient, rapidly build rapport, and handle frequent rebuttals with poise and professionalism.

Highly organized, reliable, and self-accountable, with proven success managing tasks autonomously in a fully remote environment.

Familiarity with power dialing systems and CRM software (e.g., GHL, Mojo Dialer, etc.) is a strong advantage.

Previous experience or knowledge in the solar, renewable energy, or home services industries is a significant plus.
