Creative Marketing Associate (Static Ads + Ecom)

We are a fast-growing eCommerce company looking for a young, hungry, fast-moving Creative Marketing Associate to help produce and iterate high-performing static ad creatives, do competitor research, and support basic media-buying tasks.

Your job is simple:

? Take angles & hooks fro ---------- and turn them into ad creatives fast

1–3 versions per angle
Multiple variations daily
Clean, bold, eCom-style static images

? Research what’s working

– Check Meta Ad Library
– Pull winning creatives from competitors
– Identify trends
– Suggest angles or creative structures based on what’s working

? Assist in media operations (beginner-level)

– Naming conventions
– Upload ads
– Organize creatives
– Track performance metrics (CTR, CPC, thumb-stop, etc.)

? Work FAST

We move quickly. Iteration speed is VERY important.

Bonus (not required but welcome):

– Basic copywriting
– Canva or Photoshop skills
– Experience with DTC brands or eCommerce creatives
– Facebook ads familiarity

You will work directly with the founder, receive clear instructions, and get constant feedback so you can grow quickly.

This is a long-term, full-time role with the opportunity for bonuses based on performance.
