Our growing physiotherapy and wellness business is seeking a highly motivated, clever and innovative marketing and automation expert to join the team.

The core responsibilities & outcomes for this role include:

Campaign Management : Manage all marketing campaigns within the Go High Level CRM as directed.
WhatsApp Marketing : Setting up special event and reactivation campaigns.
Social Media Content Calendar : Develop and maintain a content calendar for social media posts.
Weekly Marketing Reports : Create and submit weekly reports on marketing performance including KPIs and campaign results.
Ads Optimisation : Continuously optimize Facebook and Google Ads according to KPIs and performance benchmarks.
Patient CRM Management : Ensure the patient CRM is updated with the latest patient data.
Working Hours : 20 hours per week, 4 hours per day, working within the Melbourne timezone.
