Interior Designer for 8,000 sq ft Church Facility (3D, Renderings, FF&E)

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced interior designer to redesign an 8,000 sq ft church facility using our existing architectural plans. You will create updated layouts, 3D models, photo-real renderings, and a complete FF&E list (furniture, fixtures, equipment) based on your design direction. A separate person will handle sourcing, so your role is focused on design only. Spaces include an auditorium, foyer, co-working area, kids' rooms, offices, conference rooms, lobby, and bathrooms.

Responsibilities:
• Create a full 3D interior design based on our existing floor plan
• Develop updated layouts for auditorium, foyer, co-working, kids areas, and offices
• Produce high-quality renderings
• Create an FF&E list (furniture, fixtures, equipment) based on your design
• Create a materials and finishes schedule
• Provide a color palette and material board
• Revise layouts and materials based on feedback
• Coordinate with our CAD drafter when needed
• No sourcing responsibilities (we have a separate procurement VA)

Requirements:
• Strong skills in SketchUp, Revit, or similar software
• Experience in commercial or hospitality interior design
• Ability to deliver clean, organized files and weekly updates
• Ability to produce walkthrough animation videos is a plus
• Portfolio required (include renderings and commercial work)

WAGE / SALARY PER MONTH
Project-based. Please include your desired rate.
