Job Overview
We are seeking a charismatic, confident, and highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing financial institution that provides innovative services to small business owners. The ideal candidate must be competitive, resilient, and driven by results. You will reach out to prospects, build relationships, and help business owners access financial solutions that support their growth.

Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct warm calls, emails, and follow-ups to small business owners.
-Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team.
-Build strong rapport with prospects using excellent communication and customer service skills.
-Understand client needs and introduce the company’s financial services effectively.
-Maintain a high volume of outreach while managing CRM tools efficiently.
-Handle objections and rejections professionally and persistently.
-Meet and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets.
-Collaborate with the team and participate in strategy discussions.
-Attend company team-building events in Manila (all expenses covered).

Qualifications:
-Must have a personal monitor, reliable high-speed internet, and a backup power station.
-Strong charisma, confidence, and communication skills.
-Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
-Highly competitive and sales-driven, with the ability to work under pressure.
-Proven ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
-Prior experience in sales, lead generation, or financial services is a plus but not required.
-Willingness to travel to Manila when needed (company covers all expenses).

Compensation:
Fixed Monthly Salary: $692
Additional Commission: Earn more based on performance and sales achievements.
