You will take full ownership of our digital ecosystem - multiple business websites that together form the online backbone of the company. We have four live sites now, scaling to eight, and you will be at the center of all of them. Every property runs on WordPress, with additional development in React, Next.js, and a unified hosting environment on Hostinger. Your responsibilities will entail keeping all sites fast, secure, reliable, and aligned with the needs of each business unit.
The role blends architectural thinking with hands-on execution. You will define the direction of the entire web platform, build and maintain front- and back-end systems, manage deployments, and ensure technical consistency across a diverse set of industries and audiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:
• Work with Marketing to architect, build, and manage all company websites using WordPress, React, and Next.js.
• Oversee hosting and deployment on Hostinger, ensuring uptime, performance, and security.
• Propose and implement a unified tech stack that improves scalability, maintainability, and speed across all properties.
• Manage updates, backups, integrations, plugins, and technical workflows with precision.
• Translate business goals into clear, functional web experiences for each business unit.
• Maintain cohesive design systems and reusable components across sites.
• Drive SEO improvements, accessibility standards, and performance optimization.
• Implement personalized user experiences, A/B testing, and optimization strategies.
• Monitor analytics and KPIs, using data to refine platform decisions and performance.
• Ensure compliance with ADA, GDPR, security best practices, and content governance.
• Collaborate with leadership, IT, marketing, design, and vendors to execute roadmap initiatives.
• Maintain an organized CMS environment with a defined QA process for all content.
• Support ongoing growth as new sites come online and existing sites evolve.

QUALIFICATIONS
You bring:
• Proven experience managing WordPress at scale, including custom builds, block editor usage, and multisite coordination.
• Hands-on skill in React and Next.js for front-end and back-end development.
• Working knowledge of hosting environments, DNS, deployment pipelines, and Git.
• Ability to architect systems, evaluate tools, and unify frameworks for long-term sustainability.
• Strong understanding of SEO, accessibility, security, and website performance optimization.
• Clean, modular coding habits with practical UX intuition.
• Experience managing multiple projects across different industries and business goals.
• Strength in communication, technical documentation, and cross-functional coordination.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and maintain high accuracy across all properties.
