To keep up with client demand, we rent real LinkedIn profiles (with permission) to bypass volume caps — and we need aggressive, high-output sourcers to bring in quality accounts every single week.

???? About the Role

We are hiring LinkedIn Sourcing Specialists to find, qualify, and onboard real LinkedIn profiles that meet our criteria.

Your goal:
Bring in at least 10 qualified LinkedIn accounts per week using personal outreach + online platforms.

We give you full scripts, templates, tools, and a day-by-day workflow.

???? What You’ll Do
1. Outreach (50–70+ messages per day)

Message friends, family, old classmates, ex-coworkers

Post on your social platforms to attract inbound leads

DM freelancers across Upwork, Fiverr, OnlineJobs, Freelancer, etc.

Engage on job boards, Facebook groups, Reddit, ---------- , Telegram, etc.

Rotate 4–6 platforms daily for maximum volume

2. Qualify Accounts

Confirm:

Real person

Real profile photo

English fluency

Connection count (100–500+)

Activity/history on account

3. Close + Onboard

Explain payouts

Send sample profiles

Gather LinkedIn link + WhatsApp

Introduce the lead to our Team Lead for payment & setup

Log all accounts in the tracker

???? Compensation

You receive a $300 monthly base for maintaining consistent daily outreach and meeting weekly activity targets.

On top of that, you earn performance commissions for each qualified account:

Your Commissions:

Tier 1 (500+ connections): $50 per account

Tier 2 (300–499 connections): $30 per account

Tier 3 (100–299 connections): $20 per account

Most top sourcers earn $700–$1,500+ per month combining base + commissions.

What Account Owners Earn (context):

Tier 1: $150 total

Tier 2: $120 total

Tier 3: $80 total

(We handle owner payments — you only source profiles.)

You are:

Extremely proactive

Comfortable sending 50–100+ messages daily

Strong in English

Skilled at persuasion and closing

Organized and fast-paced

Experienced with remote work or sourcing (bonus)
