Full-Time AI Content Creator & Social Media Growth Manager (Short-Form Expert)

JOB DESCRIPTION

ATSY is a fast-growing tattoo lifestyle brand built around the raw story and voice of former outlaw motorcycle gang leader Adam “ATSY” Smith.

We are looking for one elite full-time creator who can use AI + editing skills + social media growth to build our brand across 10–12 platforms and publish 50–100 posts daily using our large content library.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

? Build and manage 10–12 social media platforms:
TikTok, Instagram, Facebook Page, YouTube Shorts, Twitter/X, Pinterest, Reddit, LinkedIn, Snapchat Spotlight, Threads, RedBook, Clapper.
(Plus Klaviyo email campaigns + Shopify blog posts if skilled.)

? Edit 5–10 daily videos into short-form content
? Repurpose content and publish 50–100 posts per day
? Use AI tools for video, images, scripts, and automation
? Create new content using existing ATSY footage
? Design thumbnails, banners, graphics in Canva
? Optimise hashtags, hooks, captions
? Assist with paid campaign creatives
? Track performance and experiment weekly
? Work closely with the founder (Adam) and COO (Lloyd)

REQUIREMENTS

Excellent short-form editing skills

Strong English

Fast learner

Understands TikTok/IG growth

Creative and reliable

Can work independently and hit daily output goals

Experience in storytelling + viral hooks

40–50 hours/week

Able to start immediately

Must send examples of past TikTok/Reels edits
