YouTube Virtual Assistant / Video Editor (Entry-Level)

We are an established real estate and mortgage company based in Arizona (USA), and we are looking for a long-term Virtual Assistant who is reliable, motivated, and eager to learn. This position does not require any prior experience in video editing or YouTube management. What matters most is motivation, dependability, and the ability to learn quickly.

The tools we use (YouTube, Vyond, 11Labs, Monday.com, etc.) already have built-in training and tutorials. The previous employee learned everything directly from those training modules, and we provided critiques and guidance as needed. This role can be learned the same way as long as you are committed, take notes, and follow instructions.

We are looking for someone who wants stability and long-term growth. Company culture is important to us — if you show effort and consistency, we invest back into you. You work with me, I work with you. Pay can increase over time as long as reliability and performance are consistent.

What we’re looking for:
• Strong English communication
• Dependability and consistent attendance
• High motivation to learn
• Ability to follow directions and take detailed notes
• Serious about long-term work
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred (or currently enrolled)
• Interest in photo editing, video editing, or content creation is a plus
• Experience with Vyond, 11Labs, Monday.com, or YouTube is a bonus, not required

About the schedule:
• Flexible hours — you can create your own schedule
• Only Mondays require specific timing for certain tasks
• All other work can be completed at your pace as long as deadlines are met
