Meta Ads Creative Designer (Ecommerce – Static Ads Expert)

We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads Creative Designer who knows how to create ads that convert.

This is not a beginner role.

We are building a fast-growing e-commerce brand and we are looking for someone who doesn’t just want a job, but a career path.

This role can grow into 'Head of Creative Department'

If you want long-term stability and long-term growth, this role is for you.

You should already:
- Understand Facebook & Instagram ads
- Know what makes people stop scrolling
- Know the difference between a “pretty” ad and a profitable ad

We don’t want someone we tell what to do.
We want someone who tells us what we should do next.

Your Role:
- Create static Meta ads
- Build strong hooks & angles
- Translate personas into visuals
- Create performance-based variations

If you perform well, you will:

Pay:
$6/hour ? scalable + performance bonuses when performing good
