We run a U.S.-based real estate and storage acquisition business and are currently looking for a Cold Caller & Appointment Setter to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who’s confident on the phone, organized, and capable of handling a clear, repeatable calling process every day.
Your job will be to contact storage facility owners in the U.S. to see if they might be open to selling their property. Once you connect with an interested owner, your goal is to schedule an appointment for one of the company founders to follow up and discuss further details.
This position requires strong communication skills, consistency, and professionalism on every call.
We’re looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow with us as we expand operations. If you take pride in doing great work and can follow a structured process, this opportunity will be a great fit for you.
MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF THESE PLATFORMS:

- Google Sheets (for tracking daily call notes and updates)
- Hubstaff (for time tracking and accountability)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make outbound calls to U.S. storage facility owners from our provided list
- Identify whether the owner is open to selling their property
- Schedule appointments for follow-up calls with one of the company founders
- Record call details, notes, and follow-ups in Google Sheets daily
- Maintain consistent communication and update progress throughout the day
- Follow a clear calling schedule: Monday–Friday, 9AM–2PM CST (5 hours/day)
- Demonstrate professionalism and a positive attitude at all times
WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH:
- Full call list and instructions for each campaign
- Clear call script and objection-handling guidelines
- Step-by-step training videos and SOPs
- Direct communication with the founders (Clayton & Drew) for feedback and alignment
- All tools and resources needed to perform your work efficiently
APPLICANT NEEDS TO:
- Speak fluent English, both written and verbal, with strong clarity on calls
- Have a reliable internet connection and good-quality microphone
- Be highly organized and consistent in updating call notes
- Have at least 1 year of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting
- Be available for daily calls during the U.S. Central Time Zone hours
- Be motivated to learn, improve, and grow within the company
- Be available to join immediately
- Put the word “Blackberry” at the top of your application so we know you read the entire post
- Be available for a two-week trial period before transitioning to part-time or full-time
- Not currently working another full-time job
COMPENSATION:
Starting rate: $3 USD/hour, with the opportunity for raises and performance-based bonuses once consistent results are demonstrated. We’re looking to build a long-term relationship with someone who takes ownership of their work and helps drive measurable results as we grow.
