We're hiring a Philippine-based GoHighLevel specialist to set up and manage GHL accounts for multiple US-based service businesses. You'll work directly with the business owner to implement core GHL features and maintain the systems across different companies in healthcare technology, financial services, and business services.
What You'll Do
- Set up and configure GoHighLevel accounts for 3-4 separate businesses
- Build CRM pipelines and manage lead workflows
- Create landing pages and basic sales funnels
- Configure affiliate/referral tracking
- Set up social media auto-reply features
- Implement AI chatbot for customer service inquiries
- Configure AI call answering system
- Build calendar scheduling and booking pages
- Create drip
- Manage day-to-day platform maintenance and updates
- Provide recommendations on best practices and new features
**Requirements**
- 2-4 years of GoHighLevel experience (agency background helpful but not required)
- Solid understanding of CRM basics,
- Comfortable learning new features and implementing them
- Basic design skills for landing pages
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup
- Able to work independently and take initiative
