Admin VA – SOP & Systems Specialist (Long-Term Role Remote)

I’m looking for an Admin VA with excellent attention to detail who knows how to keep things simple, structured and organised.

This role is not for someone creative or theoretical. I need someone who executes, documents, and systemises.

You must be someone who enjoys creating clean, straightforward SOPs and can turn tasks into clear step-by-step processes.

After completing a task, you should immediately be able to write the SOP for it and improve it over time.

A strong understanding of AI tools and how to integrate them into workflows is essential. You don’t need to code, but you must know how to work with AI assistants, automate simple tasks and constantly improve systems so things run smoother and faster.

This role is long-term. You will be helping systemise multiple operations across different businesses, so reliability and consistency matter.

Responsibilities

-Create, update and organise SOPs (simple, clear, step-by-step)
-Perform admin tasks and immediately document them into manuals
-Improve processes using AI tools and assistants
-Systemise workflows across different operations
-Keep documents structured, consistent and easy to understand
-Execute tasks quickly and accurately without overcomplicating

Requirements

-Excellent attention to detail
-Comfortable using AI tools to automate and simplify work
-Strong organisational and documentation skills
-Very process-driven (not creative or abstract)
-Someone who prefers simplicity over complexity
-Long-term mindset
-Fast learner and strong executor
-Able to follow instructions exactly
