We help small agencies and consulting firms automate lead generation, client onboarding, and reporting using AI. Our mission is to streamline repetitive business tasks, save time, and deliver measurable results to our clients.

We are looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant to help implement AI-driven systems and workflows for our growing client base.

Role & Responsibilities:

Implement AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Zapier, Make) to automate client workflows

Assist in setting up lead generation systems and email/LinkedIn outreach sequences

Build and maintain dashboards for client reporting (Google Data Studio, Airtable, Notion, etc.)

Manage client onboarding forms, automations, and recurring workflows

Document and standardize processes for repeatable use

Provide ongoing support to ensure systems run smoothly

Occasionally liaise with clients via email (no cold calling required)

Skills & Experience Required:

Strong familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Zapier, Make/Integromat, LinkedIn automation)

Comfortable with spreadsheets, CRMs, dashboards (Google Sheets, Airtable, Notion, Google Data Studio)

Excellent written communication

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

Ability to follow and improve workflows independently

Experience with virtual assistant work or operations support is a plus
