About Us:
We are an online drop-shipping store specialising in women’s apparel, operating through our own Shopify-based website. As we continue to scale rapidly, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Meta Ads Launcher to join our growing team.

Role Overview:
As our Meta Ads Launcher, you will be responsible for launching creatives on Meta (Facebook & Instagram). Since we’re scaling quickly, the volume of work will increase significantly in a short period of time.

We offer a performance-based structure where you are paid per creative launched—meaning the more we grow, the more you earn. This creates a fair, flexible, and mutually beneficial working relationship.
Exact pay per creative/campaign will be discussed.

Our internal communication is fully in English, so strong written fluency is essential.

What We’re Looking For

? Excellent command of written English
? Experience using Meta Ads Manager
? Previous experience in e-commerce (Shopify experience preferred)
? Availability to work 6–7 days per week
? A reliable, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude
