Customer Support Assistant (Remote) – Swedish E-Commerce Company
We are a Swedish company looking for a reliable and dedicated Customer Support Assistant to help us manage customer
Most customer questions will be related to:
Order status (“Where is my delivery?”)
Orders not received
Products not as expected
Returns and exchanges
General questions about the brand
You will work closely with our agents in China who handle packaging and shipping, as well as directly with our payment providers to resolve customer issues without needing our constant assistance.

Someone who is technical, consistent, hardworking, and always looking to improve
Strong English speaking and writing skills
Experience with
Work Schedule
7 days a week
Approximately 1–2 hours per day (between 10 AM – 5 PM Swedish time)
Opportunity for increased hours in the near future (5–8 hours/day)
Future Opportunities
You should be willing and excited to learn new skills. Soon, you may also take on tasks such as:
Finding viral products
Searching for ad videos
Editing ad creatives
Writing ad copy
Building simple websites
Creating product descriptions
Communicating with UGC creators and influencers
Experience in these areas is a plus, but not required—we will train you to do them well.
Salary
20 SEK per hour
