Duties
Develop and execute social media marketing strategies that align with the company's goals.
Create engaging content for various social media platforms including
Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking.
Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely manner while maintaining brand voice.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
Skills
Prior experience in content creation and video creation/editing
Strong computer literacy with the ability to navigate various software tools.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships through effective communication.
Strong administrative skills including clerical tasks such as data entry and proofreading.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail in content creation and editing.
