Position: Full-Time Video Editor

I’m looking for a full-time, reliable, and creative editor who understands modern American-style content
— fast pacing, clean cuts, engaging storytelling, and high-retention edits for YouTube, Reels, and
TikTok.

You’ll handle:
Short-form: Reels, Shorts, TikToks (2–5 daily)
Long-form: Talking-heads, vlogs, and business-style videos (3–5 weekly)

What I’m Looking For
• Can take raw footage and turn it into high-retention, engaging edits without hand-holding
• Understands U.S. trends, pacing, ---------- s, and sound selection
• Full-time only — no other clients
• Uses downtime to clip content, study competitors, and improve
• Communicates clearly through ---------- or WhatsApp, and Uses Google Drive for clips
• Willing to create short sample videos if contacted
NEEDS TO BE ABLE TO MAKE CONTENT WITHOU BEING ASKED

Responsibilities
• Edit YouTube videos, vlogs, and short-form clips at a high level
• Add motion graphics, animations, subtitles, and B-roll to improve storytelling
• Create thumbnails and handle YouTube uploads (titles, descriptions, tags)
• Keep files organized, labeled, and easy to access in Google Drive
• Work during agreed U.S.-based hours and clock in/out daily

Requirements
• Skilled in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut
• Strong English and understanding of U.S. audience style
• Strong sense of pacing, retention, and storyline
• Able to edit vlog-style content naturally
• Basic graphic design ability (Photoshop or Canva)
• Reliable, consistent, and detail-oriented
Bonus Skills
• Sound design
• Color grading
• YouTube SEO knowledge
• Experience with long-form storytelling

YOU WILL BE PAID WELL FOR THE LEVEL OF WORK YOU DO
Experienced Editors (20,000 PHP, $400 a month)
Very Experienced Editors (35,000 PHP, $600 a month)
